Do I need to give you my passwords?
Never. We work via screen share where you log in yourself. We're a guidance and monitoring service — not an account-access service. You stay in control of your credentials at all times.
How is this different from what the platforms provide?
Platforms provide reactive tools (login alerts, password resets) but no proactive monitoring, no human guidance, and no help when their automated systems fail you. We're the human layer — a real security professional you can DM when something feels off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month subscriptions, cancel with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts. No early termination fees.
