1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Sentinel Creator services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Sentinel Creator is operated by Canyon Digital Holdings LLC, a Utah limited liability company.

2. Services Description

Sentinel Creator provides cybersecurity advisory and monitoring services for content creators, including account audits, phishing email analysis, dark web monitoring, brand impersonation sweeps, and incident response guidance. The exact scope depends on your selected subscription tier.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we apply professional cybersecurity expertise to protect clients, no security service can guarantee 100% protection. Threats evolve constantly. Our services reduce risk and improve response, but cannot eliminate all possible incidents.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their platforms and accounts
• Forward suspicious communications within 24 hours
• Implement recommended security changes within 7 days when feasible
• Keep contact and recovery information up to date
• Not share their unique referral codes outside the Ambassador Program terms

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice — no early termination fees. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Discounts (such as Ambassador Program) require continued compliance with their associated requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Creator's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the prior 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost followers, brand damage, or platform actions outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sentinel Creator name, logo, website content, and proprietary materials are owned by Canyon Digital Holdings LLC. Limited license is granted to clients only as needed to use our services. Ambassador Program participants receive specific brand-use rights as outlined in the Ambassador Addendum.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client account information, audit findings, and communications as strictly confidential. We will not share information with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy or with your written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for material breach, abusive conduct, or use of our services in violation of law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Utah.

11. Independent Contractor Relationship

Sentinel Creator operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email with 30 days notice.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Sentinel Creator Service Agreement (for paying clients) and any applicable addenda, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
